Work - Life Balance - Read the report!

Globally, two-thirds of the logistics and supply chain professionals think the average workload is higher than colleagues in other industries. Despite this, only a quarter of the professionals globally experience regular stress related to the conflict between work and other commitments. These are the key findings from Europhia Consulting's global survey within the logistics sector, which was conducted together with a number of global media partners.


Europhia's last module of the International Logistics HR Survey Series, Module 2 - What makes a good employer - mentioned that work-life balance is one of the important characteristics of "Employer of choice". Do gender, seniority and family status affect the stress level and work-life balance for logistics professionals?
