Is the logistics and supply chain industry sexy enough to attract young graduate talent? What does the next generation of professionals think about working in logistics and the supply chain versus other sectors? Are there things that keep starters from taking on a job in logistics? What can be done to make logistics even more attractive to young talent?

Europhia Consulting is conducting a Global Survey to find out how young talent view the logistics industry and what can be done to ensure skilled and qualified labour supply for the future.

This survey forms the sixth and last module of the Global Logistics HR Survey Series 2008. The survey series explores six different HR-related topics, which are currently discussed within the logistics and supply chain industry:

The objective of this survey series is to analyse logistics professionals' opinions and preferences and to identify potential improvements of HR management practices around the world. In today's labour market companies have to become active in order to be recognised as an ‘employer of choice'. The way companies are perceived by candidates and (young) talent, looking for their first/next career step, is crucial in a tight labour market, as talents decide for the best employers in the market.
