Salary and Benefits

How do compensation packages differ within the logistics and supply chain industry? Have salaries in the industry increased over the last year? Are logistics professionals satisfied with their compensation?

Europhia Consulting is conducting a Global Survey to answer these questions.

This survey forms the fifth module of a global survey series, which consists of 6 modules that address different HR-related topics which are currently discussed within the logistics and supply chain sector:
• Career Motivation
• What makes a good employer?
• Work-life balance
• Women in logistics
Salary, financial and non-financial benefits
• Young talents' opinion about the industry

The objective of this survey series is to analyse logistics professionals' opinions and preferences and to identify potential improvements of HR management practices around the world. In today's labour market companies have to become active in order to be recognised as an ‘employer of choice'. The way companies are perceived by candidates and (young) talent, looking for their first/next career step, is crucial in a tight labour market, as talents decide for the best employers in the market.
